Job Description

Role: Unit Sales Manager

 

Objective:ย Find new business prospects, manage and develop a sales force, and assist in the company’s growth. One of a firm’s most important employees is the business development manager (BDM), who finds new business prospects and creates plans to expand the company.

 

Key Responsibilities :

To increase revenue and business, set goals and make plans.

To seek new markets, conduct research and put strategy into action.

โ€ข Determine which markets have prospective customers.

โ€ข Track down leads and assist them in the sales process.

โ€ข Establish goals as a team and create strategies to reach them.

 

Requirements:

โ€ข An advanced degree or its equivalent.

โ€ข Two to three years of marketing and sales expertise in the field.

โ€ข Age range: 21โ€“38 years old.

โ€ข Excellent team-management and motivational leadership abilities.

โ€ข Outstanding ability to communicate.
