Job Description

We are looking for a Unit Sales Manager to lead sales activities, develop business opportunities, and drive the team toward achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet business targets.
  • Generate new leads and develop customer relationships.
  • Plan and monitor daily sales activities.
  • Conduct field visits and identify new market opportunities.
  • Handle client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations.
  • Track team performance and ensure target achievement.

Eligibility

  • Graduate in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable with field sales and target-based work.
