Job Description

We are looking for a Unit Sales Manager to manage unit-level sales operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure consistent achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily sales activities and achieve assigned targets.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team.
  • Develop new customer and business opportunities.
  • Track team performance and improve sales productivity.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and support retention.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular performance updates.

Eligibility:

  • Graduate.
  • 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong team management and communication skills.
  • Target-oriented with good leadership and negotiation abilities.
