Job Title: Virtual Relationship Manager

Role Overview:
The Virtual Relationship Manager will handle customers digitally/telephonically, understand their insurance needs, and provide suitable solutions while ensuring excellent customer experience and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned customers through calls, video meetings, and digital platforms

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products

  • Achieve sales targets and drive renewals through virtual engagement

  • Maintain long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Handle service requests and follow-ups efficiently

Eligibility:

  • Graduate in any discipline

  • 1–4 years of experience in Life Insurance

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Comfortable with virtual selling and CRM systems
