Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Meet potential clients and explain company products/services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closure
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and update management regularly
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation completed (mandatory)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in field sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
