We are seeking an experienced Agency Sales Manager to lead advisor recruitment and drive consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and recruit potential advisors

• Conduct regular field visits
• Ensure achievement of monthly targets

Required Candidate Profile:
