Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales activities across the assigned area.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits and monitor sales performance.
  • Follow up with prospects and drive business conversions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 2+ Years in Sales / BFSI / Field Sales
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
CTC: Up to ₹6.00 LPA + Incentives
